OpenCom is a research centre and training institution based in Arezzo (Tuscany), active in non-formal and on-the-job training, social research and accountability improvement, project management, quality management, risk management and knowledge management. We specialise in developing innovative professional frameworks that respond to new labour market trends and support individuals in acquiring the transversal skills that foster their employability.

The University of Thessaly is a public university in Thessaly, Greece, founded in 1984. The University of Thessaly (UTH, GRC) is a significant institution of higher education that aims to promote scientific knowledge through teaching and research and contribute to the cultural and economic development of the local community and society.

The VCCI is a public company representing businesses in the Valencia province. Among its functions, it offers services and training to SMEs to promote their sustainability. The Competitiveness Department of the Valencia CCI focuses on the environment and circular economy. It has created a sustainability portal, an online platform to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience on sustainability, and several initiatives dedicated to providing sustainability advice to SMEs and municipalities.

AINIA is a technology centre founded in 1987 as a non-profit organisation. It is one of the European technology centres with the most significant corporate social system, with over 700 member companies and 1,300 clients. It is a member of the Spanish Federation of Technology Centres (FEDIT), the Network of Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community (REDIT), the European Food Institutes (EFI) and several bodies and associations, and has agreements and conventions with national and international organisations.

NTIM was founded in 2006 and is involved in project operations aimed at implementing and supporting the EQF/ECVET principles and activities of competence development, mapping and documentation at national, sectoral and international levels.

WIAB, the Viennese Institute for Labour Market and Education Research, was founded in 2014 and researches labour market developments and vocational education and training. WIAB has extensive experience in quality assurance and quality assessment, mainly qualification matrices and training programmes, and has managed several European and national projects on green skills, green jobs and greening of workplaces. WIAB is responsible for quality assurance (WP6).

Softcare Studios is a technology startup developing Extended Reality solutions in healthcare, focusing on virtual sedation, medical training and health education. Selected as the best e-health startup in Europe by the European Commission in 2018, Softcare Studios has partnered with leading MedTech and Pharma companies and collaborates with a growing network of hospitals and research partners such as the Politecnico di Milano. Within ACE-EX, the company is responsible for developing digital solutions for distance learning.

FPNCyL is a public body of the Regional Government that promotes sustainable development, eco-innovation and circular economy in Castilla y León. It has experience in the naturalisation of urban areas, including composting projects, and is responsible for the regional circular economy strategy. FPNCyL has extensive experience in programming, implementing and monitoring EU-funded projects and OPs. FPNCYL has participated in EU-funded projects related to the central European policies: LIFE, INTERREG, Twinning, Erasmus, and Horizon.

The Waste Management and Recycling Cluster is a national key cluster that creates raw material facilities for industry, integrating industry and strengthening the competitiveness of member companies according to the Circular Economy model. Over the past 10 years, they have created a modern and dynamic organisation of companies and institutions in the field of the green economy. In addition, WMRC is a platform for information, communication and cooperation in the green economy sector. The cluster brings together almost 150 members from all over the country.

The National Qualifications Agency is a permanent collegial body that performs the functions defined by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Education’ and other legislative acts in the field of qualifications. The NPA has established 6 representatives from governmental institutions and 6 from the non-governmental sector on an equal basis. The mission is to provide favourable conditions for human capital development through the interaction between education and the labour market. The NLFA is responsible for internationally recognised educational and professional qualifications acquired in Ukraine.

The Fthiotida Chamber has operated since 1948 and is an association of traders, industrialists, craftsmen and professionals from the respective prefecture. It is based in Lamia and is a member of EuroChambers. The members of the Fthiotida Chamber are all enterprises engaged in trade, processing, services and tourism. The main objective of the Chamber is to contribute to the development of appropriate conditions that ensure the growth of enterprises at the regional level. The Chamber’s role is mainly interventionist, argumentative and consultative.

Confagricoltura is the oldest organisation that protects and represents agricultural enterprises. It is committed to developing farming enterprises and the primary sector to benefit the community, the economy, the environment and the territory. It promotes access to business innovation, agricultural sustainability, and competitiveness on national and international markets.

Confagricoltura is present throughout the country, with regional federations, provincial unions and an office in Brussels.

EUROMASC is a consultancy company in the field of vocational education and training. Established in 1995, it operates as a spinoff (2008) of the European Leonardo da Vinci programme at the National Institute of Technology. The main field of activity is the implementation of tools based on learning outcomes for the definition and description of competencies. It facilitates recognising prior learning through the multilingual Skillsbank platform, which stores competence matrices and corresponding assessment options.

The European Network of Chemical Regions brings together European regions where the chemical industry plays a crucial role in economic growth and employment. By facilitating interregional cooperation, policy development and project participation, the network supports a solid regional dimension in the EU’s chemical policy agenda to create modern and sustainable European value chains. By bringing concrete local experiences and solutions into the EU decision-making process, the network aims to bridge the gap between policy development and local impact.

SPŠCHI is a secondary technical school of chemistry founded in 1951. It has 500 students between the ages of 15 and 19. The course of study lasts four years and ends with the baccalaureate examination. The branches of study are as follows: applied chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical technology, environmental protection, and food analysis. Natural Science High School. The new Natural Science Lyceum school building is scheduled to open in September 2024.

Fagskolen Innlandet is one of Norway’s largest public vocational schools, with 2,000 students. Fagskolen Innlandet is one of the vocational schools in eastern Norway with the widest range of study in all subjects and in different variables full-time, part-time or online. They are the only ones in the field of agrotechnics and we also have management subjects such as economics and logistics, as well as construction, electrical engineering, industrial technology and health subjects.

The Federico García Lorca Institute offers a wide range of learning opportunities. The intermediate-level vocational training programme in oil and wine focuses on providing students with a solid knowledge of the production and processing of these products, from harvesting to marketing. The institute has modern facilities and specialised equipment for each programme, as well as partnerships with local companies to provide students with practical workplace experience.

Kharkiv Simon Kuznets National University of Economics (KhNU of Economics) is one of Ukraine’s most renowned institutes of higher education in the field of economics, founded in 1930. The educational process is ensured by a faculty of over 700 lecturers, 7 postgraduate and doctoral faculties and schools, research laboratories, international centres, including: EU Information Centre, Start-Up. There are double degree master’s programmes: Business Informatics, Tourism, Business Administration.
